Founders of Victory Homes

Victory Homes Community was founded by Mike and Beth Tyrie to provide safe, structured, and accountable sober living housing for individuals seeking long-term recovery from substance use disorders. Our program consists of six men's recovery homes and was among the first in our region to achieve certification through NARR and KRHN.

Our desire to operate sober living homes grew from years of service through our local church and involvement in both local and international mission work. Through these experiences, we developed a passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges and build stable, productive lives. Beth holds a business degree from Mid-Continent University and has spent many years serving individuals and families through community outreach and support programs.

Our commitment to recovery is also personal. Mike is a person in recovery and a graduate of a local inpatient rehabilitation program. Through his own recovery journey, we gained firsthand insight into the challenges individuals face when transitioning from treatment back into the community and the critical need for safe, supportive housing.

In addition to our recovery-focused mission, we bring extensive experience in housing management and property maintenance. We own and operate StraightLine Tileco., a construction and remodeling company, and have owned and managed residential rental properties through Tyrie Properties, LLC for more than ten years. This experience enables us to maintain safe, well-kept homes while providing a stable and supportive environment for our residents.
