What to Expect

At Victory Homes, our goal is to provide guests with the support, structure, and resources they need to succeed in their recovery journey.

Victory Homes currently operates six men’s sober living homes in Paducah, Kentucky. Each home offers a safe, stable, and home-like environment designed for individuals committed to recovery.

Guests are placed in fully furnished homes that include shared bedrooms (two guests per room) with twin beds, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer access, and kitchen essentials.

Support & Resources

We don’t just provide housing — we help guests build a foundation for long-term success. Our program includes:

  • Essential transportation

  • Job placement support

  • Access to an on-site meeting hall where local AA/NA meetings are held five days per week

Program Structure

Victory Homes maintains a structured recovery environment with clear expectations, including:

  • Employment requirements

  • Curfew

  • Weekly meeting attendance

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol, and all guests are subject to random drug testing to help maintain a safe and accountable environment.

Program Costs

  • $150 per week (rent)

  • $150 one-time bed fee

What to Bring

Guests are responsible for bringing:

  • Food

  • Bedding for a twin bed

  • Toiletries and personal hygiene items

  • Approximately 1–2 weeks of seasonally appropriate clothing

Your First Day

Upon arrival, we review community standards and expectations and take time to understand each guest’s individual needs. From the beginning, we work together to establish a recovery plan that supports continued growth and long-term success.

Home Ammenities

  • Wifi

  • Cups, plates, silverware, basic cooking utensils

  • Microwave

  • Coffee Maker

  • TV/Internet options

  • Furnished housing

  • Washing machine and dryer

  • Utilities are paid, including electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash. See community guidelines for trash pickup day.

  • Twin bedframes and mattresses. Bring only clothes and bed linens.

  • Working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

  • Fire extinguishers

  • Resource Centers with contact information for food, employment, education, transportation, etc.

  • On-site AA meetings available, registered with AA General Service.

  • Random drug testing on site and documented.

  • “Community” in house meetings and fellowship every Sunday.

  • Ping-Pong and darts

  • Options for meals/groceries delivered.

  • Transportation is available.
